This page explains how Kovelta handles information submitted through the contact request form.
Contact requests
When you submit a contact request, you provide your company, name, work email, and any phone number, role, workflow, or message you choose to include. Kovelta uses this information to reply to you and discuss your work.
Please start with a general description of your workflow. The form does not accept file uploads; arrange an appropriate sharing process before sending confidential documents or customer data.
How the form works
Contact requests are handled through Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure and sent to Kovelta by email using Resend. A copy may also be stored in our Cloudflare storage. Kovelta uses the submission to follow up on your inquiry. If that notification cannot be sent, the submitted request may remain stored for follow-up.
Submitting this form does not add you to an automatic marketing list.
Website features
The website host may process technical request information to serve the site. Links to LinkedIn and email applications take you to services with their own privacy practices.
On your first visit to the homepage, we use the country or region associated with your IP address to choose a default language. You can change it at any time using the language menu. We use a first-party cookie and browser storage to remember your choice. You can remove this preference by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
